DESIGN & MARKETING COORDINATOR OVERVIEW
Tandem Entertainment is seeking a full-time DESIGN & MARKETING COORDINATOR who is able to tackle visual presentation design as well as take on related marketing strategy / copywriting needs as guided by the Creative Director. The ideal candidate is able to think strategically about our client's needs, and have the skills and visual design aesthetic to make those ideas look amazing.
The ideal candidate is trained in graphic design and has experience in marketing/advertising, with a natural ability towards design and visual presentations (we predominantly use keynote, but additional Adobe skills are necessary for the role). Preference will go to candidates who have experience working for a brand and/or marketing/ad agency with 2+ years of relevant work experience.
Will:
- Work directly with some of the world's leading corporations & brands to develop sales presentations and pitch materials.
- Be hands-on in supporting the Creative Director in day-to-day campaign planning and creative ideation.
- Help with laying out client brand materials and brand partnership presentations in Keynote.
- Design presentation templates by determining the best way to visually display information.
- Assist with brainstorming creative connections between brands and entertainment properties.
- Develop custom visuals to illustrate campaign elements, like in-store signage and branded packaging in Photoshop.
- Occasionally help with client and internal brand collateral like logo and website design if desired.

- Able to create aesthetically pleasing marketing materials.

- Able to brainstorm partnership ideas that can help bring collaborations to fruition.
- Organized and good with time management, able to multi-task and work across a variety of different clients & industries.

- Knowledgeable when it comes to marketing trends, emerging media, consumer insights & digital/social content.
- Enthusiastic about working in a fast paced, agency environment.
Must be/have:
Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications, graphic design, advertising or a related field.
2+ years relevant work experience, ideally in an agency/brand/entertainment company environment.
Photoshop and Keynote proficiency, InDesign and Illustrator are highly desired.
Comfortable within an office environment.
