Full Time Job
The Tampa Bay Rays are seeking an individual who demonstrates motivation, organizational skills, and who has proven to be a team-oriented individual to fill a role in our Stadium Operations department. This department is responsible for planning and management of game and event operations at Tropicana Field. The best qualified candidate for the position will become part of the team responsible for operations of Major League Baseball games and other major events.
Responsibilities
include but are not limited to:
• Gather details, plan events and manage operations for MLB games, in-game events and other major events at Tropicana Field.
• Work with representatives from Building Operations, security, guest services, emergency services, and parking operations daily.
• Monitor operations including crowd ingress/egress, guest behavior, in-game emergencies and hospitality services.
• Other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
• Organized and disciplined with time management.
• Proficient with automation and computer software.
• Capable of working extended hours and standing for prolonged periods.
• Strong communication skills, courteous and confident.
• Past work-history that supports the necessary knowledge, skill and abilities for the position.
