Job Description
The Tampa Bay Rays Corporate Partnerships Department is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Coordinator, Corporate Partnership Activations & Services.
Responsibilities
Employee's responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
• Manage department's print deliverables, such as Inside Pitch
• Oversee research and analytics programs, such as GumGum, Nielsen Scarborough, Agile Media
• Coordinate partner fulfillment planning with Marketing Creative Services, including RaysVision and Social Media teams
• Assist coordination of premier corporate partner hospitality events
• Support overall inventory management efforts
• Manage sponsorship service module and other service-related pieces of Rays CRM
• Enhance system of reporting corporate partners activation results
• Special projects as assigned
• Administer partner signage fabrication and scheduling
The ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management, Marketing, Event Management or similar field
• At least two (2) years of experience in sales (preferably in sports)
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Excellent verbal and written skills, with a particular attention to detail
• Outgoing, friendly, creative, and enthusiastic
