Take 3 Talent Agency is seeking a highly organized and self motivated individual with a strong desire to build a career in talent representation. The ideal candidate must be very detail-oriented, able to handle a wide variety of tasks efficiently and with follow-through, display strong oral and written communication, problem-solving skills, and have a high level of communication. 2+ years of Prior experience working at a talent agency, management company, or casting office is necessary. The candidate must have an interest in climbing the ranks of talent representation.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to coordinating appointments and schedules, overseeing talent submissions for all agents, overseeing assistants and our internship program, creating pitches, making reservations, booking travel, setting meetings, editing and uploading reels and self tapes, proofreading material, reading scripts and providing coverage, heavy phones, and emailing, scouting and evaluating talent at showcases and festivals, corresponding with industry professionals, researching & contacting casting/production/etc. and assisting clients in all facets as needed. Bringing your own list is a plus!
