Year-Round Manager, Human Resources (Benefits, Payroll, and Wellness)
Overview:
We are looking to hire an HR Manager in our Park City office as a vital member of our organization whose goal is to provide exceptional service to all our employees across various locations. This role will primarily be charged with leading our benefits and wellness initiatives while partnering with Finance to process bi-weekly payroll. A successful employee in this role must be able to have an eye for detail to ensure accuracy across benefits, payroll and billing, clear and concise communication, be flexible, and always be focused on ways we can enhance our processes to be more efficient and our practices to be inclusive to all.
Things on Your To-do List:
• Manage and facilitate the full cycle of employee benefits from new employees/open enrollment to COBRA processing and billing reconciliation.
• Primary contact to all external benefit and wellness vendors to schedule training, plan design, initiatives, billing, etc.
• Drive the Institute's wellness initiatives in conjunction with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage our bi-weekly payroll, in collaboration with Finance and ADP.
• Function as the primary HRIS (ADP WorkforceNow) administrator.
• Conduct benefit training related to all new employees and assists employees coming back from leave to reintegrate them back into the workforce.
• Collaborate with HR Manager who facilitates employee leaves to track and process payroll, HRIS and benefit changes as necessary.
• Manage any special projects or related tasks.
Skills
You'll Need in Your Toolbox:
• 3-5 years experience administering employee benefits and payroll.
• Experience managing payroll processes and administering benefits.
• Strong consultation, presentation, meeting design and facilitation skills.
• Experience developing and facilitating training.
• Demonstrated knowledge of benefit and payroll best practices.
• Ability to manage sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to build and maintain trust and strong relationships with employees at all levels and external vendors in order to drive results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently with a wide range of external and internal constituents.
• Highest levels of personal and professional integrity.
