• Accompany FFP Founding Director to the Sundance Film Festival, Screenwriter Labs, and Directors Labs – required presence can be several weeks at a time
• Coordinate logistical prep work leading up to the Screenwriters and Directors Labs including slotting fellows and advisors, distributing scripts and materials, updating project grids, tracking clips/films, etc.
• Coordinate onsite program activity for the Screenwriters and Directors Labs in Utah.
• During the Festival, assist Founding Director on a daily basis with managing daily calendar, coordinating attendance at events, prep for speaking engagements, and facilitating filmmaker meetings.
• Coordinate onsite logistics for LA-based FFP programs including the FilmTwo Fellowship, Screenwriters Intensive, and Screenplay Readings, as requested.
• Collect, edit, and circulate bios for creative advisors and other information as instructed for Lab participants, ensuring to meet deadlines for the creation of each Lab Book.
• Facilitate outreach, submission intake and tracking, and the interview process for the Sally Menke Memorial Editing Fellowship.
• Provide organizational support to the Founding Director and Deputy Director with cross-programmatic initiatives.
• Contribute to the outreach and selection processes for FFP programs (when available during office hours).
• Contribute to the continuum of FFP fellows and alumni, as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.
