Description:
The Campaign Operations Coordinator will assist in the day-to-day planning, logistics, and communications of Sundance Institute's Campaign operations. The Coordinator will provide administrative and logistical project coordination to support the build out and ongoing efficiency of our internal functions. Reporting to the National Campaign Operations Associate Director the Coordinator will collaborate with the full Advancement Team, Campaign Co-Chairs, Campaign Steering Committee members and Campaign volunteers.
Essential Duties:
• Coordinates campaign meetings and facilitates follow-up, as necessary.
• Tracks and updates timelines and deadlines to ensure accuracy for activities.
• Pro-actively provides support to all Campaign solicitors as directed.
• Assists with presentation materials and proposals as directed.
• Prepares materials and records minutes for volunteer Committee meetings.
• Tracks progress and provides timely reports on progress to goal to the Campaign Operations Director as requested.
• Supports Campaign Operations Director to maintain annotated table of gifts, list of recognition opportunities, gift acceptance policies, pledge agreements, campaign financial updates.
• Maintains NetSuite CRM related to all Campaign activity and data to keep information current.
• Facilitates follow-up activities necessary to close gifts.
• Drafts Campaign acknowledgment letters and other prospect and donor communications and correspondence.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements/Qualifications:
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• 2 years of professional experience in fundraising, philanthropy or related development work.
• Strong project coordination skills, with an ability to maintain multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Outstanding interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and a professional demeanor.
• Genuine passion for and excitement about Sundance Institute's not-for-profit mission, and a culture defined by collaboration, curiosity, and creativity.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-achieving culture.
• Must be willing and able to work extended hours as needed.
Preferred Education
, Experience, and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree.
Pay rate: This position will pay $19.60 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience.
