Employment dates: Monday, December 2, 2019 thru Friday, February 14, 2020
Pay rate: $15.75
Considerations: This position works full time out of our Park City, UT office. May be lodged in Park City during the January Film Festival. Required to work extended hours, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet deadlines. Must be willing and available to respond to on-call needs as assigned. A high level of mobility is required as well as an ability to drive safely in winter road conditions.
Position Summary: Coordinates with internal teams, car rental company, and vehicle sponsor to set reservations, pickup, distribute, and return Festival vehicles to meet operational deadlines.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinates with car rental company and main contact for sponsor vehicles to set rental reservations, pickup, and return dates.
• Communicates regularly with internal and external vehicle contacts to ensure reservation information is accurate.
• Works closely with designated internal Festival departments on disbursing vehicles.
• Creates, allocates, and distributes parking passes as directed.
• Continuously monitors rental and sponsor vehicle inventory.
• Collects current insurance and ensures paperwork is placed in each of the vehicle's glove-box.
• Reviews accident procedures and updates as necessary.
• Initiates accident procedures, remotely and onsite, i.e. completing forms, taking pictures, answering questions, facilitating paperwork with internal/external stakeholders, etc.
• Inventories in-stock vehicle supplies (snow scrapers, windshield wiper fluid, etc.) and orders enough to stock each vehicle.
• Enters and maintains accurate vehicle information in database, i.e. assigned driver, insurance policies, gas cards, etc.
• Creates a system to organize and track various vehicle items such as keys, information kits, gas cards, car wash coupons, etc.
• Completes a comprehensive written wrap report as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and successful completion of DMV background check.
• 2 years experience in an event production, operations, or related.
• Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal and professional skills required to work effectively with a variety of people.
• Excellent organizational skills including self management of work schedule.
• Ability to work early mornings, nights, and weekends around key deadlines.
• Able to move and lift items that weigh 50-75 lbs chest high.
Preferred Education
, Experience, and Skills:
• Working knowledge of databases along with proficiency in Microsoft and Google Products.
