Full Time Job
Employment dates: Monday, December 2, 2019 thru Friday, February 14, 2020
Pay rate: $15.75 per hour
Considerations: This position works full time out of our Park City, UT office. May be lodged in Park City during the January Film Festival. Required to work extended hours, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet deadlines. Must be willing and available to respond to on-call needs as assigned.
Position Summary: Coordinates administrative and operational duties to fulfill internal ticketing requests.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develops and maintains detailed project schedules, and acts as a liaison between department and internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinates activities and resources for department projects.
• Drafts correspondences and prepares presentations as directed.
• Coordinates internal individual ticket requests and needs for assigned departments.
• Coordinates Salt Lake City and Park City opening night invitation lists, e.g. sending invitations, recording RSVPs, processing ticket requests, providing onsite support, etc.
• Ensures that PCI Compliance (credit card security standards) are adhered to.
• Updates spreadsheets with invited opening night guest information.
• Supports assistants with filling orders, authorizing exchanges and reprints, ensuring official guidelines are followed, etc.
• Compiles data from the ticketing system in a concise and easily reportable manner.
• Completes ticketing orders on a daily basis and processes within twenty-four hours of a request.
• Assists Pass and Package sales with fulfillment and ticket selections as requested.
• Assists manager with keeping department allocation numbers within their set amounts.
• Runs audit trail reports to monitor activity on the system and to research discrepancies.
• Adjusts and corrects internal ticketing errors as needed.
• Coordinates departmental office move, including packing, setting up, tearing down, etc.
• Sets daily ticket pick-up schedules with department representatives to ensure efficent transfer.
• Runs requested reports for orders, allocations, and account balancing as needed.
• Writes a comprehensive written wrap report as directed.
• Other duties as necessary.
Position Requirements:
• Employee has legal authorization to work in the United States.
• 2 years experience in administrative, operational, or related work.
• Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal and professional skills required to work effectively with a variety of people.
• Excellent organizational skills including self management of work schedule.
• Ability to work nights and weekends around events and key deadlines.
Preferred Education
, Experience, and Skills:
• Working knowledge of databases along with proficiency in Google Products.
• Experience working with TopTix or another ticketing system.
