As director of digital and social content you will co-lead a growing department at a premiere creative agency and production company. Stun produces award-winning campaigns and content for the world's biggest consumer and entertainment brands.
Success for this position is measured by the ability to provide clarity of vision for the department and organization, long-term strategic plans for business development, alignment of process to strategic direction and synergy with other departments.
An ideal candidate will lead account management, sales, strategic planning and staffing. You will have 5-7+ years of digital/social marketing experience, with 2+ years serving in a leadership role, preferably from within an agency environment.
Leadership Responsibilities:

You will know which battles to fight, and how to fight them in order to win the job.
You will communicate a vision for the client request or task at hand.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
You will understand that social, digital and emerging story-telling platforms are the future of marketing and you are here to help the company discover that future.
You will come with deep relationships with potential clients.
You will treat sales and business development for the department like a sport. Landing the account should feel like winning the game. You will be rewarded with a competitive commission for every job you bring through the door.
You will love account management and be energized by a positive, proactive and influential relationship with all of our clients.

You will have experience staffing for a variety of projects including but not limited to: a/v production, motion graphics/design, digital & social strategy, AR, VR, and emerging platforms for video.

You will understand the importance of data and analytics and know how to translate that research into great strategy and creative.
You will help manage creative projects, from brief to execution.
You will have an innate curiosity. Not just for media and tech trends. But for solving problems internally and for our clients.
You will be a thought-leader in this agency, focusing on cultural, consumer and industry trends affecting client and agency business.
Candidate experience should include:
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
5-7+ years professional experience in B2C digital and social marketing.
