Search for Production Coordinator jobs in Burbank-CA
The Production Coordinator is responsible for providing support to all current and upcoming projects in the Commercial Division. This role works closely with Producer and a rotating group of clients and directors across multiple projects. Mediums include stop-motion animation, puppetry, live-action, 2D animation.
This position is constantly evolving and is often defined by the person who fills the role. Therefore, the list of duties below is not exhaustive.
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain necessary tracking documents pertaining to the production, script breakdowns, distribute and manage the most up to date information / assets to crew.
Schedule reviews, sessions, all meetings relevant to the productions.
Liaise with directors, clients, outside vendors as needed.
Track footage through Shotgun and coordinate delivery of all assets to Post Production.
Assists Department Leads / Directors with sourcing of materials, art supplies, gear rentals, general pre-production support as needed per project.
Coordinate with other departments to provide progress and tracking reports to Production Team and/or Clients, Directors.
Provide support in VO record sessions, Tech meetings, Editorial and Post reviews by recording and distributing notes.
Conform and Print Storyboards for scheduling purposes.
Track and reconcile receipts for productions on a weekly basis.
Coordinate shoot wrap-outs including rental returns, storage and inventory of assets.
Maintain Commercial Office and Shoot space, manage inventories and provide support with upkeep as needed.

Organized, proactive self-starter -
Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to adjust the role to fit the task at hand -
Highly motivated and flexible -
Clear communicator with good people skills -
Team player -
Minimum 1-year experience as a coordinator in a production field, animation or live action
Working knowledge of Adobe Suite, Mac OSX, MS Excel & Word, and the Google apps suite
Experience with Adobe Premiere, Storyboard Pro, Shotgun, and/or Photoshop a plus -
