This is an Intermediate-Mid Level Position for those looking to grow into a role that will allow them to have more autonomy over content marketing projects and campaigns for a creative studio.
Los Angeles-based entertainment creative studio Stimulated-Inc. is seeking a smart, energetic remote Digital Marketing Coordinator who is passionate about marketing, social media, content creation, technology, and e-commerce. This is an intermediate-mid level role that will have a focus on B2C and B2B marketing as well as will support campaign development, the creation of marketing materials, and cross-functional team efforts. You will also help with administrative support and maintain the highest degree of confidentiality in handling strategic marketing and other business-critical information. In addition, you will support the development and execution of digital marketing content which includes but not limited to digital formats for Web and Social (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram etc.) that meets the brand/business objectives.
Qualifications:
An academic degree in a related field (such as Advertising, Marketing, or Mass Communications).
Ideally, we would like a minimum of 2 years of real-world working experience within a creative marketing team in an agency or creative studio environment
Experienced with social media community engagement (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
Experience using content management systems such as WordPress (HTML, and other forms of coding not required, but huge plus to have)
1-2 years experience using marketing automation services specialized in email & SMS marketing (Knowledge or experience using Sendlane.com a major plus)
1-2 years experience in social media marketing strategy using email and SMS funnels to help generate leads a huge plus
In-depth knowledge and experience managing Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, and Vimeo
Prior experience using Excel or Google Spreadsheet for data management and/or budgeting a must.
Experience with Google Workspace (Formally known as G Suite)
Excellent verbal and written skills, organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities, and attention to detail.
Knowledge and experience using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, and Indesign is a major plus. (Include a link to portfolio or website)
Enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
Ability to learn and grow outside of your core responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
*Research existing clients and compile industry research, competitive data, and social platform information.
*Support in target strategy and reporting process.
*Research emerging social platforms
*Assist team in identifying optimization opportunities and making media recommendations.
*Support Creative Producers with developing and maintaining social content and production calendars for
various platforms.
*Participate in campaign brainstorming sessions.
*Manage Social media accounts
*Create email campaigns and funnels using Sendlane
*Create social media content using any of the following: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, and/or Adobe
Premiere
*Develop marketing decks and presentations using Adobe Indesign, Keynote, or Powerpoint
*Make sure the Stimulated-Inc. brand and its other affiliated brand's copy, messaging, and visuals remain
consistent across all of their respective online and social platforms
