The Los Angeles office for Stewart Talent is looking for an assistant for our Film/TV Department agents. This is a full-time position.
Individual must be a self-starter with proven problem-solving and organizational skills. You must be detail-focused, efficient, and organized. Ideal candidate will be friendly, driven, an exceptional communicator, a hard worker, and patient and calm under pressure. Duties involve but aren't confined to general office responsibilities, handling phones, giving administrative and client support by reviewing materials, creating and scheduling auditions and corresponding with casting directors, managers and publicists.
We require proficiency in submitting on Breakdown Services as well as LA Casting and Casting Networks, knowledge of both PCs and Macs and Microsoft Office, and a Bachelors degree. Finally, you must have a real interest in talent representation and a professional personality.
