Stewart Talent Los Angeles is seeking a full time Agent Assistant in the Theatrical Department for immediate hire. We are currently in a fully remote work situation with a plan to return to the office sometime this summer. All return to work plans will be following local and federal guidances with a primary goal of protecting the employees health and well being.
Individual must be a self-starter with proven problem-solving skills, very detail oriented, extremely efficient and well organized. Ideal candidate will have at least one year related experience, be personable, motivated, have excellent communication skills, be calm under pressure and have an excellent work ethic.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to general office duties, rolling calls, providing administrative and client support including reviewing material, cutting tapes , editing reels, generating and scheduling auditions as well as coordinating with casting directors, managers and publicists.
Stewart Talent has offices in Los Angeles, New York, Chicago and Atlanta. There is room for growth for the right candidate.
Requirements:
- Experience submitting on Breakdown Services, LA Casting, and Casting Networks
- Knowledge of PC and MAC and MS Office
- Knowledge of InEntertainment major plus
Bachelors degree is required.
If not currently in LA must be willing to move when the office re-opens.
Candidate must have a genuine interest in talent representation and a professional attitude.
