Job Description
- Account Management
- Attend (and lead) regularly scheduled client conference calls, in person meetings
- Manage relationships, timelines, budgets and to do's including pre-caps, recaps, KPIs, problem solving
- Lead planning sessions from ideation to final presentation to execution
- Proficient in creating and presenting sell-in materials, e.g. slides, word, excel depending on content
- Proactively pitch ideas to clients for potential for incremental business
- Influencer Strategy
- Thought-leader for clients and agency; strategist and trusted adviser for clients
- Ability to develop influencer campaign strategy, execution, optimization and evaluation across interagency teams that are grounded in overall marketing mix, brand target consumer and marketing objective
- Expert understanding of budgets, planning and impact against different influencer tiers based on brand objectives
- Expert in both social platform and influencer nuances as it relates to strategy, influencer tiers, and verticals
- Campaign Development, Management and Reporting
- Fluency in leveraging social analytics tools and technologies to support all stages of the process including an
understanding of how they work and ability to translate output into digestible findings; from upfront talent justification to back end program M&E and reporting
- Experience in creating content / story telling / branded content
- Oversee campaigns to ensure timely delivery of influencer assets, concept and content approvals, contract logistics
- Campaign management including oversight of deliverables, approvals and logistics based on talent contracts
- Understanding of and compliance with proper FTC guidelines for brand activities
- Develop campaign recaps measuring & evaluating value, ROI and performance metrics against pre-set KPIs
- Influencer Procurement
- Deep understanding and proficiency in the negotiation of influencer partnerships including identification, analysis, execution, management and evaluation
- Knowledgeable about the intersection of earned, owned and paid media
- Development of client-facing casting sheets, scopes of work, formal offers, contracts and recap documents
- Experience pricing influencers and developing scope of services
- Negotiation of formal offer and long form agreements on behalf of brand and agency client
- General/Administrative/Client Service
- General understanding of the hours framework; billable hours, agency fees, etc.
- Assist in the overall growth of the agency, including new business, networking and mentoring/developing talent
- Maintain relationships with key platforms, agencies, tech partners. Bring key insights to Agency and Brands
Job Requirements
- Personal
- Passion for entertainment, influencer culture and the business of entertainment; be on the pulse of what's next, ability to see around the corner and help guide clients on what to anticipate
- Creative, flexible and self-motivated; talented writer, clear communicator, engaging presenter
- Work Experience, skills and education
- 7-10 years in the digital space with proven experience delivering successful programs across channels
- Robust network specifically within the in digital / social space; knowledge of various agencies and networks and
who and how to work with them to construct talent partnerships
- The ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams a must
- Strong communication skills; written, spoken, presentation, etc.
- Bachelors degree; preferred if degree is in a relevant course of study; e.g. business administration,
management, integrated marketing communications, entrepreneurialism, social media marketing, etc.
