Job Description:
- Influencer Casting and Identification
o Identify potential social influencers (including global) for a campaign based on client brief including research, leveraging tools and network
o Present recommended influencers by compiling relevant information based on clients' needs
o Understanding of influencer criteria, including and not limited to: location, demographics, and audience attributes
o Familiar with Beauty and Lifestyle influencers is a plus
- Engagement & Influencer Outreach
o Experience making outreach to influencers and management influencer/management communications
o Experience in global influencer execution; aware of cultural and platform nuances, policies and procurement, and international management logistics
o Based on client briefs, research an compile background and overview information on social influencers
o Participate in internal talent casting/brainstorming sessions
o Influencer vetting and background checks (via third party service provider)
o Development of client-facing materials; casting sheets, scopes, formal offers, contracts and recap documents
o Support by creating client-ready ''sell-in'' materials using Microsoft suite of programs (Word, etc.)
- Campaign Management
o Familiar with capturing back-end analytics (I.E. Instagram Insights screenshots)
o Managing the production process for sponsored and custom influencer content from briefing, implementation and recapping
o Develop and maintain content cadence schedules and asset review process o Facilitate talent approvals with brand for campaign assets o Track/Document all content, approvals and performance
o Leverage best practices of social channels and timely FTC compliance
o Develop comprehensive reporting to articulate campaign impact
o Consistently communicate trends, shifts, opportunities, and statuses with your manager and clients
- General/Administrative
o Attend regularly scheduled client conference calls
o Attend in-person client meetings, and new business pitches; participate in presentations to clients and prospective clients
o Coordinate conference calls between starpower account teams, and clients, agents, etc.
o Schedule and attend weekly in office talent meet & greets
o Participate in data entry and database management; leverage database to analyze and provide data for clients
o Assist in the overall growth of the agency, including new business & networking
- Personal
o Passionate about Influencer Marketing and up to date on trends, best practices and innovations is a must
o Creative, flexible and self-motivated o Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Work Experience, skills and education
o 1-2 years of social influencer and digital experience
o Experience interacting with brands, social influencer representation agencies, social influencer directly
o Strong written and verbal skills
o Experience using social influencer identification and analytics tools
o Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
o Bachelors degree; preferred if degree is in a relevant course of study; e.g. marketing, integrated marketing communications (marketing, PR, advertising)
