Full Time Job
• Should have strong subject knowledge on areas of Corporate Travel (Air, Hotels and Surface Transportation) and especially on Event Management
• Work closely with the designated travel Management Company and logistic partners to ensure the highest level of customer service, while streamlining operations.
• Should be able to drive all event management needs end-to-end along with on-site execution
• To coordinate with all the departments and ensure execution on all fronts from pre- to post events.
• Should have exposure to MICE operations and proven track record with event management
• Interface with employees to improve the customer experience on travel management
• Should regularly benchmark Partner performance
• Comprehensive knowledge of the travel industry and travel technologies (is advantageous)
• Should have sound knowledge of travel management payables and associated laws of taxation
QUALIFICATION
• Graduate / Post Graduate in Tourism / IATA/ Event Management
• 6 - 10 years of experience in MICE (Event Management) is a must
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
• IATA / UFTAA certification (preferred)
• Proficiency in use of software tools such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Capable of handling multiple tasks concurrently under high pressure instances and easily adapting to new assignments, systems, tools.

• Ability to cope with demands that are associated with the job and/or work environment
• Adaptability to long working hours when needed
• Create and maintain processes and system documentation.
