The ideal Partnership Operations Manager will drive operational and execution excellence throughout various aspects of the business, supporting internal and external partnerships and communication, reporting and business analytics, and establishing core knowledge systems that allow for sustained success. You will work closely with Stand Together leaders, the Stand Together Music team, and our current and prospective partners to ensure progress toward these objectives. This includes collaboration to determine success metrics, experimenting, and iterating. Each day, your role will focus on the full management of this partnership strategy, including the design and execution of activations and content, adherence to all contractual agreements, indirect leadership of matrixed teams, functional management of concurrent projects, and relationship management with myriad internal and external partners.

Your Responsibilities Include:
In partnership with the Stand Together Music (STM) leadership and project teams, drive and manage the rhythm of partnership project cycles including goal and milestone setting, operational planning processes, talent processes, timeline management, tracking/reporting, and regular project reviews.
Collaborate across internal teams to manage timelines, stakeholder communication, project tracking and resourcing, and progress toward goals and milestones while holding project teams accountable for deliverables.
Collaborate with external partners to set project timelines, inflection points, cadence of communications and reporting, asset management, deliverables, approvals, etc.
Ideate process improvements by working closely with internal business partners and stakeholders to drive adoption and implementation of standards, processes, and programs.
Use strong analytical skills to build reports, manage operational metrics for projects, create compelling and accurate data-driven stories, and provide actionable insights for project team, STM leadership, and external partners.
Collaborate with the Managing Director of Venue Partnerships, set best practices and measures for executional and operational excellence.
Provide guidance to additional Partnership Operations Managers to facilitate onboarding and knowledge sharing throughout the team.
Support quarterly business review reporting, providing relevant data/metrics and learnings across all projects and workstreams to the Managing Director.
Represent STM team in business meetings with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Provide the highest level of customer focus to our team and external partners, anticipating challenges, handling multiple projects, while proactively seeking opportunities to simplify processes and identify areas in which value can be added.
Manage time wisely and prioritize workload in a creative environment where interruptions are common.
Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization
3-5 years of work experience in the music, media, entertainment, marketing or events industry, operating in a role that requires attention to detail, business analysis and reporting, project management, and customer service.
Experience applying superior analytical skills, attention to detail, open communication, and the ability to work autonomously on assigned projects.
Familiarity with practical aspects of project management including tools (such as Adobe Workfront and Microsoft Teams) and techniques.
Proven ability to foster positive relationships with project team members and stakeholders, including internal, partner, and vendor relationships
Experience determining deadlines, logistics, and operational plans for multi-dimensional projects and campaigns.
Natural curiosity to proactively seek solutions to potential challenges, effectively communicating to leadership and throughout cross-functional teams
Experience supporting several projects simultaneously while delivering on schedule.
Ability to analyze project health metrics independently, while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed.
Experience working in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment while problem solving, driving clarity and results.
Ability to balance the needs of the internal and external customers with poise and understanding, maintaining a highly polished, professional demeanor.
Proven ability to think ahead, problem-solve, engage proactively and take initiative, and use sound judgement to handle escalations STM leadership and leadership of internal and external partners.
Experience working in a multi-brand environment and a working knowledge of integrated communication solutions and brand storytelling.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in written, virtual, and in-person environments.
Demonstrated ability to give and receive feedback respectfully.
Desire and aptitude for learning new concepts quickly.
