Headquartered in Los Angeles, SPOTLIGHT CINEMA NETWORKS is the cinema advertising industry leader in reaching affluent, educated, influential adults. SPOTLIGHT offers an array of on- and off-screen promotional opportunities that enable advertisers to reach consumers throughout their entire moviegoing experience. The Advertising Operations Coordinator is an entry level position and is responsible for assisting in the day to day operations of the Exhibitor Relations and Operations team and also ensuring that all advertising orders are properly executed.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and generate pre- and post-flight analysis and reports, including confirming proof of performance by theatres and for advertisers.
Coordinate with internal production team to ensure on-screen materials are produced and distributed to Spotlight affiliated movie theatres.
Review and confirm the accuracy of all theatre playlists.
Update and maintain Spotlight network database with the latest info from theatres.
Manage and maintain office supplies inventory.
Provide best in class customer service to the Spotlight Cinema Networks exhibitors.
Work closely with all members and all levels of the Sales, Media Services, Accounting/Finance, Exhibitor Relations and Operations teams, providing support and back up.
Coordinate and oversee the timely flow of projects from receipt of order, production & distribution, the start of a campaign and completion of the campaign.
Assist in various projects as needed.
Create ad hoc reports as needed.
Requirements:
Entry Level Position.
College degree required.
Must be highly organized, detail oriented and customer service/solutions focused.
Must have strong communication (verbal and written) and critical thinking skills.
Must be self-starting, flexible and willing to operate within a team environment.
Must be able to make quick sound judgments and communicate effectively with colleagues, superiors and external vendors.
Ability to properly manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Must be a fast learner.
Strong PC skills and Microsoft Office experience, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Working knowledge of FileMaker and similar CRM software a plus.
