Spark Alliance Marketing a growing Valley-based integrated marketing company that builds brands through the lens of pop culture and entertainment to drive measurable results.
We are looking for someone who lives and loves social media to re-launch our Super Social division. You will be the voice of a few consumer brands in the food, beauty and wellness spaces and you'll create relevant content and social strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement and sales. This is an amazing opportunity to grow with the company while working with great brands disrupting the status quo.
Responsibilities:
• Develop social strategies and content plans to drive brand engagement and a path to purchase
• Copywriting: Be the voice of the brand(s) by writing high-quality and on-brand content for social channels and social ads
• Create visuals and design posts and stories
• Focus on Facebook & Instagram with a presence on Twitter, Pinterest and other social networks as needed
• Community management by proactively responding to and engaging with consumers across social
• Plan and manage all posts to be in line with content calendar and marketing initiatives
• Execute paid social marketing campaigns to build followers and drive sales
• Analyze and report on social media activities to provide teams with actionable insights to better optimize and increase engagement and reach
• Brainstorm new content ideas that are aligned with pop culture and industry trends
• Experiment with new growth strategies and ideas
• Development and maintain a list of potential social influencers and establish relationships with them
• Manage team of interns to support the program and client goals
Requirements:
• Bachelor or undergraduate degree
• Creative, agile, highly motivated with a positive attitude
• Around 3 years of relevant work experience in social media management
• Experience with Photoshop, photography & video production experience a plus
• Excellent writing skills
• Proven experience growing a brand's social media presence
• Great collaborator, communicator, and listener
• Solid knowledge of social media trends, apps, tools
• Analytically minded
Salary: DOE
