Role Description
The Public Relations Administrative Assistant will assist with Public Relations duties including evaluating press applications, building media lists, responding to emails, troubleshooting credential issues during the event, tracking earned media, pulling quotes, updating informational documents, assisting the team on various projects, and other duties as assigned.

Required Duties
• Contribute to Press Accreditation process for the PR Dept
• Liaise with publicists, speakers, and brands
• Assist PR team on various projects relating to Music Festival, Film Festival, and Conference
• Assist with servicing on-site media requests
• Build media lists
• Track earned media, select pull quotes
• Manage general PR department email inbox
• Editing and updating informational documents shared with journalists
