Office Administration Assistant
Sound Performance is a specialist supplier to the Music Industry. Working with many leading Independent Record Labels we project manage the concept, production and manufacturing of physical products including box sets, special packaging, Vinyl pressing and CD replication.
The role is ideal for a music lover at the start of their career and a fantastic opportunity to be able to grow and develop with the company, eventually leading into a production, sales or estimating position and dealing directly with clients and vendors in this exciting sector of the music industry. We have consistently manufactured some of the highest profile releases in the USA and it would be great for the ideal candidate to assist the team with new releases and help achieve our goals of increasing the business. We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starting Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. This person will work closely with the General Manager, sales operation and the production team in all aspects of daily office operations, including but not limited to: helping put together quotes, preparing reports, liaising with clients and vendors organizing general office, preparing overnight and courier shipments, assisting staff with a variety of assignments; and more.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
• A positive attitude; self-motivated and passionate
• Able to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
• Must possess strong communication and listening skills
• The ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to thrive in a challenging and progressive work environment
• Great written and oral communication
• Must have integrity, honesty, and an ethical mentality
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize
• Familiarity with the music industry
