Personal Assistant/Social Media Manager
We are looking for an entry-level Personal Assistant to work with our company, Soul Diving Institute. We need someone who has a true desire to help others, cares about humanity and takes pride in what they do. We have a variety of projects on our plate if you choose to take this position. Know in advance, there is a lot to handle and can be quite gratifying. It's a great opportunity to spread your wings and express and put to practice your skills and talents.
We need assistance in building the infrastructure for this business. We will be producing online courses, podcasts, certification programs, workshops, and digital content for all vital social media platforms. We need assistance in all facets of growing the company, including, but not limited to PR, marketing and social media outreach to grow our network and earning potential. We are willing to provide a fantastic learning environment for you to gain experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience with sites/applications like Aweber, Apphi, Dropbox, Google Drive, Microsoft Office, iCal, Quickbooks, Google Calendar, and all things tech.
Knowledge of Apple products and all its functions.
Interest in marketing
Own laptop computer
Access to a vehicle
Must have superior written and verbal communication
Familiar with Photoshop and WordPress, and other design programs
Open schedule.
Caring individual open to spiritual/human experiences
Preferably compatible with Apple.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Assist the CEO, organize, schedule, create and post multiple social posts daily relating to self-development, transformation, well-being, and spiritual motivation
Assist with all aspects of researching and pitching to local and national TV, media outlets, digital and local and national radio stations
Write 2-4 blog posts a month
Research & outreach potential sponsors
Assist, plan and coordinate events, workshops, and programs
Assist with video and photoshoots
Benefits:
This is a paid position starting at minimum wage. The company will support the applicant if he/she wants to get college credit. We pride ourselves in providing opportunities for undergraduate or graduate students who are interested in learning and practicing the latest techniques on social media marketing.
Duration and Location:
The assistant will be required to work at least 20 hours a week. The position begins immediately.
The internship will take place in Sherman Oaks, CA. The assistant may sometimes work from home, and days are flexible, but attending team meetings on one of the allotted days is mandatory.
