Responsibilities
• Administrative duties for SVP, including but not limited to: scheduling meetings, submitting expense reports, booking and IT management.
• Running internal and external play sessions and demos
• Work with Legal on submitting SOWs (statement of Work) for vendor work
• Work with Finance for vendor onboarding and on tracking Production and Marketing costs/payment in-flow/out-flow management.
• Manage digital asset archive and coordinate the transfer of assets between key parties
• Work alongside execs on the build of SPVR presentation decks
• Ensure that all SPVR game in-house hardware and software is updated to latest versions
• Coordinate with the marketing team on Store Page programming and Management including localization.
• Work with production companies to track budget and progress of VR short film/TV projects
Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year experience in production, video game, marketing, or publishing
• Interest in Virtual Reality and live action production
• Strong presentation skills
• Technical skills
• Ability to multi-task
