Sr. Coordinator, DCS Trailer Mastering
The Senior Coordinator, DCS Trailer Mastering is responsible for the coordination and intake of all OV New Release Trailers, processing and preparing them for Home Entertainment and Airlines downstream needs. The Senior Coordinator is also responsible for creating all dubbed and subtitled localized versions of the New Release trailers for international markets, as well as reactive Catalog localized trailers. Additional responsibilities include maintaining storage and access to trailer materials in databases, leading and managing Trailer Mastering projects, and workflow and cost analysis.
Responsibilities
• OV Proactive New Release Trailers
• Manage intake of OV materials to create IMF and ProRes masters
• Communicate with vendors, internal servicing teams, and Theatrical and Home Entertainment stakeholders
• Create POs and update tracker
• Localized Proactive New Release Trailers
• Track incoming titles and timelines
• Communicate with vendors, and internal Servicing teams
• Create and supply dub kits for international markets
• Create POs and update tracker
• Localized Reactive New Release & Catalog Trailers
• Communicate with vendors, and internal servicing teams
• Create POs, manage timelines and update tracker
• OV & Localized New Release & Catalog Rejections
• Communicate with internal Servicing teams and vendors
• Research assets, check QC reports and create POs if necessary
• Replace asset(s) in system(s)
• Subtitle Creation Orders for Home Entertainment
• Check and update system for upcoming Authoring subtitle requests
• Communicate with DCS Title Managers and vendors
• Create POs and manage timelines and ETAs
• Trailer Mastering Workflows & Projects
• Maintain storage and access to trailer inventory as well as localized assets in multiple databases
• Lead and manage Trailer Mastering related projects and/or workflow updates
• Cost analysis
Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in TV & Film delivery distribution, including the intake and delivery of source material
• Working knowledge of video & audio including video encoding specs, subtitles, video packaging, digital media workflow and asset management. TV and/or Airline editing specification and delivery requirements preferred.
• BA/BS Preferred
• Microsoft Office
• Experience working with various databases
• Be detail orientated; a self-starter, and is able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Analyze projects on multiple levels, anticipate problems before they occur, and take appropriate action.
• Exercise good judgment, especially as related to talent.
• Project plan efficiently and effectively and have the ability to accurately scope out tasks and projects in order to meet requested timelines.
• Able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
• A versatile learner, open to change and enjoys the challenge of unfamiliar tasks.
• Ability to work cross-functionally
