Senior Analyst, Payroll & HRIS - EMEA (12 Month Maternity Cover)
The Senior Analyst Payroll & HRIS leads payroll function for UK & ROI and provides payroll back up support for remaining countries across EMEA. The position provides a crucial analytical and reporting support for the EMEA region for various stakeholders (HR, in country finance, stat and tax finance, legal, comp & ben). The position is based in London but is part of EMEA payroll & HRIS function based in Gdynia, Poland.
Key areas of responsibility will include but not be limited to the following:
Payroll/HRIS UK & ROI:
• Owner of the full payroll processing cycle for UK & ROI from P&O instruction to GL file.
• Back up support for the remaining payroll entities processing across EMEA region.
• UK Payroll processing owner via managed service set up with ADP, system used ADP Freedom, monthly pay run.
• First point of contact for UK employees and stakeholders (finance, P&O) for pay related queries(3 PAYE entities, approx 500 employees)
• Responsible for resolving any pay related errors accurately and in a timely manner.
• Responsible for partnering with P&O, ABP on gathering the pay changes data required for a monthly processing, including, new starts, leavers, promotions, statutory leave changes etc
• Owner of preparation of a monthly pre commit payroll review and gathering a payroll sign of from P&O VP and finance.
• Partner with HRIS team based in US on any system data entry and corrections (Workday system knowledge desirable)via SOC portal.
• Ariba entry owner, creation of new joiner account
• Preparing monthly and ad hoc payroll reports
• Validation of benefit reports received from MyFlex system for payroll purposes: Childcare vouchers, season ticket loans etc.
• Acts as UK ADP account management lead and supports the same for EMEA account
Payroll EMEA:
• Overviews Dubai payment request
• Back up support for the remaining payroll entities processing across EMEA region.
Pension for UK:
• Owner of the full pension processing cycle for UK
• First point of contact for DC pension plan related questions, both Aviva and Fidelity
• DC Pension scheme auto enrollment
Analytics for EMEA:
• Org charts creation when and if required
• Reporting when and if required
• SOC portal entries for Workday updates
• Benchmarking analytical support
Labor Law analytics support for EMEA:
• Full insides and analysis into complex Labor related sensitive requests for reliable decision making process.
Other:
• Act as a back up for UK Benefits if needed.
• Act as a back up for EMEA Benefits if needed.
• Act as a back up for Poland based Payroll Analysts
• Assist in an ad hoc projects when required
Job Requirements
• Payroll system experience (ADP Freedom) is essential together with PAYE and Statutory manual calculations.
• System focused: ADP for payroll, Workday for HRIS, eDays for T&A, Ariba for Finance. System implementation experience would be beneficial.
• Strong customer service attitude, high levels of discretion, team-work and capacity to think laterally
• Strong organizational skills, multitasking mindset.
• The ability to have a proactive approach, and ability to be resilient at times, as well as maintaining high confidentiality, whilst providing an excellent customer experience to all payroll-related queries
• Typical experience: 3-5 years' experience in HRIS/payroll systems analyst capacity.
