Sales Coordinator, Sony Entertainment Television India
As Sales Coordinator, the primary purpose of the job is to provide support to the US Sales team in the following areas:
• Process insertion orders from clients/agencies and create release orders for the Broadcast team.
• Liaison between the Broadcast team in India and the Sales team in the US.
• Utilizing the traffic system to enter account data and fulfill agency requests.
• Working with Sales team to ensure correct delivery or creative materials as well as resolve conflicts and ensure correct airing of commercial content.
• Interface with clients and ad agencies to resolve any copy related issues and act as a point of contact to Master Control facility for on-air discrepancies.
• Acts as liaison between Sales Managers and clients/agencies.
• Process improvement - make recommendations to streamline traffic functions, policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as needed and as directed by supervisor.
Requirements:
3 - 5 years related experience
Knowledge of:
Scheduling
Traffic Management
Sales Administration
MS Office
Skills
in:
Interpersonal, Verbal & Written Communication
Attention to detail
