• Assist with Post Schedule creation and distribution
• Coordinate bookings for ADR Stages & ISDN Hookups – Locally, Nationally & Worldwide
• ADR Contracts – Compile Start-Up Packets, Get Approvals and Distribute Completed Contracts
• Make Travel Arrangements and Submit Travel Authorizations (for Execs, Editors & Actors).
• Expense Report Management
• Facilitate Drive- On Requests
• Assist on Setup Parking / Badge Access for Editorial Crews
• Keep Track of Dept. Assets Used by Editorial
• Maintain Files of Worldwide Post Vendor Contacts and Information
• Coordinate Proper Inventory of Plate Footage for Stock Shots
• Manage Editorial Offices (Set-up & Wrap)
• Organizing binders, folders, collecting current documents from each department, etc. on a daily basis
• Managing document and facilitating the flow of information between different departments, clients, and post executives
• Coordinate, schedule, and arrange shipment & lending of our films for screenings (i.e. film schools for academic purposes, publicity and marketing, film research, academy awards, etc.)
• Aspera Data Entry and management – keeping our film content updated with the newest version in real time.
• KDM project management – Act as the liaison between our content distribution vendors and screening locations to ship our films securely under KDM. Coordinate secure access to each film (i.e. time parameters and unique codes) to avoid breaches.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in post-production
• Entertainment or corporate experience preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, frequent overtime may be required
• Excellent computer skills specifically Word, Excel, working knowledge of PowerPoint
• Experience in Focus – Concept to Camera, PIX, Calendar, eCinema, Interplan, GPMS, Studio System, and Aspera is preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Demonstrates high problem-solving skills and be able to proactively troubleshoot
• To perform efficiently, accuracy and attention to detail required
• Must be able to work independently and multi task with ease
• Must be able to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines
• Identify work priorities and requirements up-front and make timely decisions
• Demonstrates the ability to work with all levels of management.
• Demonstrates the ability to work as part of a team including contributing beyond your range of duties and experience.
• Must be able to exercise initiative, professionalism, and confidentiality
