Manager, CRM Crackle
Position Overview
Crackle, is looking for a CRM Manager to manage, implement and advance the company's capabilities and programs for customer retention and customer lifetime value initiatives. By managing customer lifecycle communication, driving high-value behaviors, and creating effective campaigns that enhance customer lifetime value, the CRM Manager will be integral to the overall Marketing organization and its influence on product, programming, distribution and services to grow audience and the Crackle brand.
This individual is passionate about digital media and not only understands the landscape, but is also determined to have a role in shaping it. Further, with a movie and television library from Sony Pictures and several other major studios, plus a studio developing and distributing the widest range of original series in the space, this individual has a wide range of assets and brands with which to work.
Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the customer lifecycle marketing strategy to increase customer lifetime value, reduce churn and build loyalty.
• Maintain the programming for all consumer communications. Partner with Marketing teams to preserve Crackle brand and voice in the development and creation of consumer-facing communications.
• Manage the overall execution, performance, and effectiveness of various marketing channels. Identify and leverage proper tools to communicate with customers (email, push notification, app, site, customer service etc.).
• Build, pilot, deploy and rapidly iterate customer-facing omnichannel retention marketing campaigns ensuring timely launches and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Own and maintain a master retention marketing campaign calendar and approval process for all campaign requests from partner teams.
• Monitor, report, and improve on channel performance including deliverability, open rates, click through rates, conversion rates, and opt out rates. Identify, implement and socialize process improvements.
• Partner with internal (product, analytics, creative) and external business partners (agency, design) to build and improve templates, targeting and personalization capabilities, and reporting infrastructure.
• Negotiate deftly with internal and external partners to deliver on cross-functional projects with tight timelines, tight budgets, and very material impact.
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of online marketing experience in all aspects of customer lifecycle management (trigger campaigns, loyalty programs, promotions, customer segmentation and modeling), CRM and/or analytics.
• Passion for customer centric marketing and strong interest in leveraging data to achieve business outcomes.
• Expertise designing and running a/b experiments, and analyzing large sets of data to inform best practices.
• Solid understanding of analytics, including segmentation and applicable metrics for all tactics and channels.
• Experience utilizing enterprise-scale email and push tools such as ExactTarget, Cheetahmail and Adobe Mobile Services.
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, HTML, CSS and SQL preferred.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certified preferred.
• BA/BS in Marketing/Business, or related degree.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent interpersonal and teambuilding skills
• Positive, people-oriented, and energetic attitude
