Executive/Senior Executive, People & Organization, Asia
Based in Singapore, the incumbent will perform the role of a human resources generalist and deliver a broad spectrum of human resources support, to drive and manage the full portfolio of strategic and day to day HR operations of the employee life cycle from hire to retire. This include activities related to talent acquisition, onboarding/induction/offboarding, compensation and benefits administration, payroll administration, engagement activities, performance management and other related HR functions for Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE) Asia offices.
This position will report to the Senior Manager, Human Resource, Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end to end talent recruitment cycle from job profiles development, candidate sourcing, scheduling of interviews, assist in salary offers/final payment preparation and recommendation
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding process, this includes and is not limited to conducting employee induction, personnel files creation and maintenance, exit formalities, etc.
• Manage internship and graduate program in line with the business needs
• Responsible for HR programs administration, employee leave record updates and preparation of monthly reports, health benefits & insurance programs' administration and government filing and reporting
• Preparation of monthly payroll
• Ensure HR compliance with local and global laws (assisted by HR and Legal teams)
• Manage, update and maintain HRIS system
• Manage all day-to-day HR operations matters
• Support HR team on HR projects
• Support the annual salary review and bonus administration
Job Requirements:
• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of full spectrum of HR generalist experience
• Relevant experience in the entertainment/media industry an advantage
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated knowledge of local labor laws
• Attention to detail, strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Willingness to do administrative tasks and other duties as assigned
• Able to start immediately an advantage
