General Summary
Sony Pictures Television International Production is looking for a highly organized, enthusiastic candidate with an eye for detail and a passion for Television to provide administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer and the 5-person UK Business Affairs and Legal team at Sony Pictures Television International Production HQ in London.

Core Responsibilities
Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
• Support of the management of calendars, scheduling meetings, international conference calls, executive lunches, board meetings and international schedules. Liaising with executives at very senior levels
• Creating travel itineraries, travel records, and making travel arrangements as needed
• Phone coverage (answering calls, taking messages, checking voicemails, & rolling calls)
• Assist with preparation of highly confidential documents including legal agreements, contracts and presentations, proofreading and ensuring they are completed to a high level of accuracy
• Providing basic support on the ground for the President of the division (eg picking up guests) working closely with his Assistant (who works remotely)
• Management of execution and physical and digital storage of all legal agreements agreed by Business Affairs and LegalTeam
• Provide ad hoc support for visiting Senior Executives in the London office
• Maintenance of all files and extensive contact database on a regular basis
• Submission of expense reports and tracking reimbursements
• Operational support, including holiday calendars, ordering branded stationery, event management, assisting with desk allocations and general office management
• Printing out daily/weekly reports; Office organization and maintenance (order office supplies, beverages, snacks, etc.); opening and sorting of all mail into appropriate categories; ordering food for board meetings and other meetings with senior staff; booking of personal appointments and assisting in some personal shopping as requested; Composition of correspondence (general thank you notes, letters, etc.); arrangement of deliveries (hand deliveries within city, etc.)
• Management of Sony Company Database systems including: Ariba, Concur, mySPE, SPTI Scheduling Database, Travel Authorization system;

Successful candidates must have and/or demonstrate:

Skill in:
• Excellent computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), along with Internet & Research proficiency;
• Exceptionally high standards of accuracy with document preparation as required, and for the Business and Legal Affairs teams
• Strong, clear and concise written and oral communication, with excellent grammar and punctuation;
• Must possess exceptional organizational and follow through skills and be able to multi-task and prioritize with strong attention to detail;
• Must demonstrate professionalism, diplomacy and discretion when dealing with executives, colleagues, etc., and experience in liaising with executives at very senior levels;
• Able to deal with company sensitive issues discreetly and professionally;
• Well-polished and presentable with strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships internally and externally.
• Must demonstrate experience in letter writing, presentations, as well as scheduling internal and external meetings with other offices.
• Must have strong phone skills, knowing how to roll calls, manage numerous lines, chair and record conference calls.
Knowledge of:
• Appropriate venues in central London for lunch and dinner meetings, and good London geography.
• Complex phone and mobile phone systems.
• A sound understanding of day-to-day IT is essential.
Education:
Degree educated: BA or Similar
Experience
This position would typically require a minimum of 2 years' previous experience in similar role supporting Senior Executives. Entertainment and International experience and/or within a large or global organisation, and/or with Business and Legal Affairs teams.
