Director, P&O Technology
People & Organization (HR) is undergoing a significant effort to enhance our technology capabilities. This position, under the guidance of SVP - Rewards Technology & Operations, will play a key role in driving this effort to ensure its success. The position is accountable for managing P&O technology initiatives' end-to-end from ideation through end-state delivery to ensure business-driven results and transformative outcomes are achieved. In addition, S/he is responsible for ensuring that all assigned programs, projects and initiatives are well defined, planned, tracked and communicated in a consistent manner to senior leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
• Manage overall P&O Technology Roadmap and the various initiatives already in-flight and planned to ensure the achievement of Roadmap objectives.
• Oversee financial, operational and administrative aspects of program/project performance (i.e. contractual, administrative, deliverables, metrics and finances).
• Understand P&O business strategies, challenges and priorities while collaborating with P&O leaders to identify and plan initiatives related to technology.
• Provide strategic review, process and direction for the acquisition of new products and vendors in concert with Procurement, IT and sponsors.
• Manage vendor relationships and performance.
• Set up and manage processes for technology audits, process changes, configuration changes, and other maintenance.
• Help to define and facilitate the P&O Technology governance process
• Provide updates and report on various P&O Technology initiatives to the P&O Senior Team
Knowledge of:
• Knowledge of various project management principles and PMO practices
• Familiarity with HR technology solutions including Workday and Cornerstone
• Knowledge of/Experience in HR case management technology, knowledge base and ticketing systems preferred
• Microsoft suite of tools (Office, Sharepoint, Teams, etc.)
Skills:

• Qualifications:
7-10 years of experience in HR Technology, project/program management or related discipline
Bachelors degree
