Director, Partner Growth - Sony Crackle

What you'll do:
As a leader in the organization, you will serve as the primary day-to-day liaison between our digital businesses and Sony Crackle and each of our exceptional device partners (PlayStation, XBox, Roku, Amazon, Apple, Google, etc.)
Audience Development, Informed by quantitative analysis, you'll work closely across all teams to develop and implement customized growth strategies, tailored to each individual partner's goals to capture and maximize audience. You'll identify and drive major business opportunities, and have a significant impact on the increase of our audience and revenue.
Through Consumer Analytics and Partner Growth, you'll manage and execute programs, promotions, and placement of original and established network properties with our partners. You'll use consumer marketing analytics to identify trends and insights, using specific tools and strategy for each platform. You'll develop a profile, an audience growth plan, and a master roadmap from marketing opportunities to platform updates for each partner and communicate their goals internally, and further identify partnership opportunities to augment the Sony Crackle brand.
Through Account Management you'll devise and execute promotion/earned programs and communications for the distribution partners, including all asset creation, A/B testing of content, and various other elements. You'll develop systematic ways to track, manage, and communicate progress and requests, as well as any events or developments that would benefit Digital Networks and our partners.

What you'll bring to the table:
-Minimum of 4 years' experience in Management Consulting, Partnerships and/or Marketing
-Bachelor's degree (MBA/Advanced degree or international experience a huge plus)
-A love for numbers, detail and the quantitative
-Innovative and creative thinking- the ability to think strategically and ''see the big picture.''
-A solution-oriented mindset and ability to propose creative resolutions to problems.
-Proven ability to establish and grow relationships with cross-functional peers.
-Exceptional leadership, communication and presentation skills.
-Flexibility, and an ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize multiple projects under minimal supervision.
