Coordinator, Licensing- Game Shows
The Licensing Coordinator will play an integral role within the consumer products team for Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy! and other game show brands. The Licensing Coordinator will be handling daily administrative tasks and department projects.
Responsibilities
• Support team in handling licensing portfolio and day-to-day responsibilities
• Enter licensing contracts in License Maestro
• Create and maintain materials such as brand presentations, one sheets, team newsletter, licensing documents
• Project manage tradeshows, client meetings, and integrations
• Collection of quarterly licensing reports
• Research potential business opportunities and trends
• Coordinate assets across departments
• Collaborate and build strong relationships across the organization
• Maintain product archive
• Perform other duties as requested
Requirements
• Computer Proficient: Office, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
• BA/BS or equivalent experience
• Preferably 2-3 years of related experience
• Highly organized with strong follow through and time management skills
• Initiative and Highly Motivated: Effectively responds to pressure or crisis situations and acts professionally. Uses resources well. Follows through on assignments and open issues. Must possess a ''can-do'' and ''will-do'' attitude
• Energy Level: Positive energy level and enthusiasm for the iconic Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy! brands
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to juggle multiple projects at once and prioritize
• Must be flexible to change, a creative thinker and problem solver, and accustomed to working in teams as well as a self-starting individual.
• Ability to anticipate issues, be proactive and problem solve
• Excellent and professional communication skills (spoken and written)
• Comfortable and willing to present
• Familiar with pop culture and current entertainment
