Coordinator, Account Management & Marketing, APAC
Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Commercial Planning & Marketing Director, the Coordinator will be responsible for the administrative support for Sony Pictures Television (SPT) Distribution and International Production activity across APAC.

Responsibilities:
• Provide daily administration, co-ordination and support for account management & marketing team across all Asian markets with a focus on South East Asia, India, South Korea and Greater China
• Create new vendor request creation and purchase order, follow up and keep track of payment to vendor for relevant marketing expenses
• Source and oversee of the creation of promotional items as well as the shipping and tracking of inventory, warehousing and handling of premiums for marketing events and trade shows
• Create marketing guide and basic pre/post sales presentations and collate marketing assets for new product releases
• Update product scheduling in the internal system
• Update product pricing & promotions in the internal & external systems for clients like iTunes & Google Play
• Complete basic sales analysis where required
• Work with the team to centralize and submit all publicity/premium requests – promo lines, Q&A, premiere events, theatrical premiums, etc.
• Deliver marketing assets (on/off air) to clients via the in-house site
• Ad-hoc administration assignments
Requirements:
• Degree holder with a minimum of 2 years of marketing or administrative experience – a professional attitude and demeanor
• Experience working in a multinational environment or entertainment/media industry is preferred
• Competent verbal and written English
• English to simplified Chinese translation skills a plus
• Proficiency level with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint with Photoshop being a plus
• Excellent organizational skills, flexible, and a keen eye for detail
• Ability to take initiative, multi-task and prioritize, must meet deadlines
• Be a strong team player with good interpersonal skills
• A passion for movies and TV shows will be highly regarded
