RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the SVP of Original Programming, VP of Original Programming and VP of Programming and Acquisitions including, but not limited to, managing calls, scheduling meetings, handling expenses, coordinating travel, etc.
• Coordinating pitch meetings
• Maintaining and tracking submissions, databases, etc.
• Handling requests and needs of internal clients (Sales, Marketing, Programming, Engineering, etc.) from studio
• Managing internal product tracking and payment billing systems
• Creating project decks
• Tracking distribution needs.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Supporting the Programming team in liaising with the other internal divisions (Production, Marketing, Sales, Distribution, group on matters of physical production during all phases of development and production
• Manage incoming project pitches and scripts, databases, and initial analysis
• Work closely with original programming and sales teams to ensure smooth product integration within original productions
REQUIREMENTS:
• Passion and understanding of TV, feature, and digital content worlds, entertainment technologies, business models, and digital/mobile applications and games
• 2 years in entertainment or games; agency/management/studio experience preferred
• At least one year in feature/TV development preferred
• Experience researching, writing and editing decks
• Expertise with MS Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Experience with Final Draft software
• Ability to interface with all levels of organization
• Organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with entertainment landscape and players
• Proactive self-starter
• BA / BS in a related field or equivalent experience
