This is a Full Time Job
The Graphic Designer, Global Retail Creative is responsible for design execution of retail art for all sales territories, including presentation and mockup development along with technical design. This role will focus on artist designs for United States retail.
Additionally, this role works with the Senior Creative Manager to handle incoming input, amendments and design request from Retail Sales.
What you'll do:
• Design Development -Thoroughly research client history, current events and industry trends in design and popular culture prior to starting each project, in order to provide insightful design direction. Build mood boards to guide design execution, informed by both the artist’s identity and current retail trends.
• Design Execution – Design and mock-up apparel items that reflect provided or created concept direction that resonate with target audiences and retail trends.
• Mockups & Presentation – Assemble decks and presentations that support the approval process with artist teams, sales and retail partners.
• Input & Amendments/Requests – Manage revisions on designs, garment blanks, and color selections based on feedback. Handle requests ranging from simple blank substitutions to reworking approved artwork into new layouts, compositions, and colorways.
• Technical Design – Finalize approved artwork, preparing files for print production to ensure accuracy and quality.
Who you are:
• 5 years of professional design experience, preferably in a senior or lead role
• Proven track record of managing complex design projects from concept to completion.
• Experience in branding, marketing collateral, digital campaigns, and print production
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or other UI/UX tools.
• Knowledge of print production processes, color theory, typography, and layout principles.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design is often desirable.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects–branding, digital, print, and campaign work.
• Strong creative vision and ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities for guiding junior designers.
• Time management and ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environments.
