Full Time Job
Rights Management Coordinator will perform a variety of tasks pertaining to executing catalog audits and resolve label management inquiries as they present themselves in relation to our audit products and analyses. This position will also be responsible for providing general high-level, internal support for our label managers to ensure client's Rights Management issues are resolved swiftly.
What You'll Do
• Assist in the coordination, execution and analysis of YouTube Monetization audits.
• Compile and arrange relevant metadata from various sources used in execution of an audit.
• Analyze asset ownership and status across internal platforms and YouTube CMS
• Aggregate and report findings to management and clients.
• Respond to and resolve ZenDesk tickets and email requests with speed and accuracy, while following outlined department protocols.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve outstanding label issues, proactively escalating and communicating roadblocks, as needed.
• Perform various audit projects related to performance collections and various rights societies.
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Who You are
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Docs
• Experience working in a CMS, such as YouTube CMS, Facebook Rights Manager, or SoundCloud Deck
• Candidate should be well-organized and attentive to detail, with high standard for quality and polish
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Keen eye and ear for audio and video content
• Consistently punctual and able to observe to a set schedule
• Comfort in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Able to work independently while adhering to expected project timelines
• Impeccable follow-up and follow-through capabilities
• Fluency in a second language is highly preferred

• The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $40k to $45k. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job
