Manager, Digital Sales, supports senior account leads with both the frontline and catalog businesses to ensure all label content and/or product releases are successfully executed across multiple partners. The role manages a variety of day to day activities including, but not limited to, operational support, communication with labels regarding account plans and timelines, Filtr US brand and playlist management and account advertising planning/execution.

Responsibilities
• Support creation & execution of plans for New Release and Catalog promotion across key accounts including, but not limited to Spotify, YouTube and Pandora.
• Drive development and use of analytical tools/dashboards, department templates, and other required materials to communicate with label/artist teams.
• Regularly support communication partner service and product updates, partnerships, and/or new opportunities
• Collaborate with label sales & marketing teams to build dynamic artist plans that will maximize consumption and market share.
• Drive strategies and best practice across all of Sony. Share historical insights cross company to ensure labels deliver optimal, high performance campaigns.
• Manage Partner Advertising Allocations including Spotify and Pandora
• Manage strategic allocation of inventory based on composite label priorities
• Asset acquisition, best practices
• Coordinate run dates and assets with all relevant partners
• Develop Monthly/Long Lead Advertising Strategy
• Utilize market knowledge to maximize ROI as it relates to supporting specific artist project goals and SME (Filtr) playlisting strategy
• Advise labels using previous ad campaign results to influence creative executions
• Filtr Playlisting & Brand Development
• Cross-platform playlist branding and curation
• Creative sourcing; 3rd party playlist management; asset organization
• 3rd Party Partnerships and Social Activations
• Track engagement and skip rate data within and between playlists to optimize sequencing and inform new track additions
• Use Social analytics and consumer research to inform the creation of new playlists to appeal to pop culture trends
• Support Filtr social efforts with analytics and inventive engaging campaigns to perpetuate Filtr brand awareness and convert followers to streamers
• Content Operations
• Point person with operations & release planning on product deliveries, updates, infringing content take downs
• Artist Page set up – Oversee, maintain and track Artist Verification Process, Artist Visit Requests, catalog clean-up, image updates
• Content Captures - Artist Visits, Social initiatives, Spotify Sessions, Original Content, Video Programs, liners
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• At least 2 years’ experience in a partner-facing role
• Team player - able to balance complex external and internal business relationships.
• Excellent organizational, time management, verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of how to use basic data visualization tools and sales reporting/analytics.
• Ability to multi-task & work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail oriented. Values both efficiency and accuracy
