Manager, DE&I, Consultant (Long-Term Temporary Assignment)
The Orchard's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion team is looking for a passionate and creative project manager to join the team. You will work closely with the VP of DE&I to execute the diversity strategy which involves leading key initiatives and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to build a culture of inclusivity. With an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to navigate a global organization, you will be integral to the success of the team. Based out of NYC or Los Angeles office.
What You'll Do:
• Manage DEI development programs and equity trainings
• Support the Council for Equity and Progressive Action on all social impact and social justice efforts
• Partner with recruiting to establish external partnerships to identify diverse talent and implement diversity hiring practices
• Collaborate with the marketing team on the ideation, branding, and execution of cultural initiatives
• Measure and forecast diversity metrics to inform strategic decisions
• Liaise with global teams to share best practices and advise on local initiatives
Who You Are:
• Prior experience with relationship management (content, sales, and/ or marketing) and/or working for a distributor with contextualizing
• Experienced and skilled project manager who can manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communicator and active listener
• Resourceful and strategic thinker
• Creative and passionate about creating and implementing an inclusive culture
• Background in strategic partnerships, social impact, marketing, or learning & organizational management, a plus
