Sony Music Entertainment is seeking a Learning & Development to closely support the execution of all L&D programs.
Responsibilities
• Manage event planning, setup, execution (i.e., room booking, catering, signage/materials, managing attendance) and oversee the support from internal teams (i.e., IT, facilities, security, volunteers) and external vendors (i.e., photographers, design & production companies, furniture rentals, etc)
• Maintain and consistently refresh intern programming and content
• Schedule, register and track employee training sessions and attendance through our LMS
• Maintain accurate records and provide ongoing updates to Manager and VP of L&OD
• Leverage learning platforms to maintain calendar of events, manage registration, push digital content, surveying for experience feedback and tracking participation/engagement metrics
• Maintain content for our Learning Management System (LMS)
• Assist in developing training materials
• Calendar management
• Order and maintain supplies
• Maintain vendor set up, invoicing and payments for programs
• Process expense reports
Qualifications
• 1-2 years Administrative experience
• MS Office (Strong MS Outlook, MS Excel and PowerPoint)
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Must be able to independently manage priorities & multi-task
• Excellent skills in organization
• Creative problem-solving
