The IT Asset Management, Senior Analyst will assist the IT Asset Manager with overall asset management and daily executes all elements of the IT Asset Management life cycle.

Responsibilities
• The IT Asset Management, Senior Analyst performs multiple asset management support activities.
• The role is responsible for the execution of normal operations of the asset management life cycle (i.e. recording assets received by the organization and tracking location and users from purchase to disposal) and assisting the IT Asset Manager in performing data analysis, exception identification, reporting, and tracking compliance.
• The role helps to ensure that the mechanics of the processes are executed accurately at all times and monitored, identifies opportunities for improvements, communicates any issues timely to the IT Asset Manager, and works closely with the IT Infrastructure teams to service the needs of the business as it relates to end user computing equipment.
• As a hands on role, the Senior Analyst will participate in all functions of the IT Asset Management Process for hardware assets which may include but is not limited to receiving routine & complex work requests such as bulk orders, non-standard equipment requests associated with the process, inventory maintenance and control, asset assignment, asset and/or data retention, asset reclamation, asset retirement and decommission, asset refurbishment and asset disposal.
• Provide coaching, and/or mentoring to a less experienced staff member.
• Duties may also focus on software at times.
Qualifications
• A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems or Information Technology or related field.
• Comprehensive knowledge of IT Asset hardware lifecycle management.
• Required 2 years of experience in IT Asset Management.
• Ability to work within a small team in all facets of the IT asset management lifecycle and provide recommendations for improvement to the IT Asset Manager.
• Ability to analyze information to assist the IT Asset Manager in overall asset management.
• Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities and timely escalate to the IT Asset Manager for resolution.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, problem solving and communication skills.
