In this role, you will work at the intersection of music, entertainment, and technology, amplifying the vision and voices of our artists across a broad range of platforms and media.
This is a great opportunity to define the Go To Market strategy and manage the execution of our Go To Market plans. Working on our internal and external applications, you will align with stakeholders on roll out planning, communication materials and execution. These applications are competitive differentiators in the market for Sony and directly affect the success of our artists.
What you'll do:
• Own the Go To Market strategy for internal and external applications
• Collaborate with executive leadership, product managers, creative and support on product launches and new feature roll out
• Create communication strategies that incorporate email, video and other related platforms
• Work with internal and external users to gather product feedback
• Create training programs and documentation using tools like SharePoint and other CMS platforms
• Analyze and respond to App Store/Play Store reviews and ratings
• Manage a team of 2 coordinators who will help with execution
