Digital Media Planner (Temporary Position)
Overview

The Digital Media Planner is a temporary role (which will likely go from 3-12 months), and will ultimately be responsible for providing tactical execution of our digital/social brand and artist strategy across the Latin-Iberia region, including support for our US Hispanic label (Sony US Latin). Based out of our Coconut Grove, Miami office responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities
The Digital Media Planner will be responsible for planning, negotiating and executing digital media plans. The ideal candidate must be able to manage day-to-day planning and analysis while maintaining strong relationships with publishers and partner agencies. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Assist in digital media strategy development for top tier clients
• Develop and manage digital media plans; negotiate and purchase media
• Manage the day-to-day implementation, and optimization of campaign activities
• Manage campaign authorizations, budgets, and reconciliation process
• Interact daily and maintain rapport with digital media publishers
• Analyze research data and media/marketing information; shares information with clients
• Monitor and assess ongoing campaign performance; assist in strategic analysis of campaigns
• Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• 2-4 years’ experience in a digital media planning/buying position
• Experience with campaign management and ad serving technology: DoubleClick, Innovid, Prisma, Google Analytics
• Preferred working knowledge of third party Internet marketing research: comScore Media Metrix, Nielsen NetView, @Plan, NetRatings, and others
• Broad understanding of the programmatic landscape
• Required PC proficiency and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience analyzing data and market research
• Spanish fluency highly preferred
• Familiarity with basic accounting/math principles; basic statistical analysis experience is a plus

• Must be a self-starter, with strong planning and organizational skills and the ability to work with minimal direction
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Strong written, verbal communication and negotiation skills. Good presentation skills a plus
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with colleagues and vendors
• Experience managing multiple, competing priorities, duties and/or projects. Proven ability to accommodate evolving responsibilities and last minute changes
