Responsibilities
• Create video content that reflects album or project artwork
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop multi-platform visual content
• Contribute to video branding concepts with artists and/or management
• Edit non-premium content including audio videos, story-behind-songs, promotional content, etc.
• Manage process of in-house marketing content (non-premium) and use of internal creative team
• Assist post-production on projects outsourced with marketing teams
• Gather all assets needed for creation of marketing content, and follow internal approval system with Business Affairs and Marketing
• Process and track expenses, invoices, and departmental purchases
• Work with Sr. Director / Label Operations to maintain and update a weekly video production grid
• Partner with Video Manager to manage premium content depending on work-load
• Manage check-in/check-out procedure ensuring all in-house gear is accounted for and kept in working order
Qualifications
• Demonstrated project management experience, including production, direction, or editing of video pieces, typically gained through 2 or more years of professional experience
• Knowledge of video production hardware, including camera, lenses, basic lighting, and sound
• Proficiency of video production software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
• Associate degree or bachelor degree preferred
• Experience in the Christian music industry preferred
The ideal candidate will have experience in video production, either in a workplace environment or in a freelance capacity. The ideal candidate is brimming with new ideas to take video branding to the next level. Finally, the ideal candidate will be highly invested in his or her work with a flexible, easygoing style.
