Sony Music Nashville is searching for a Coordinator of Tickets & Label Operations who will facilitate artist concert ticket and meet & greet requests, maintain artist itinerary reporting, facilitate artist direct and special third party product sales orders and assist Sr. Director Operations with business unit operational activities.

Responsibilities
• Facilitate business unit artist concert/show tickets and meet-and-greet requests
• Build & maintain relationships with management companies, tour managers, promoters, venue/box office managers and internal staff
• Establish POs, coordinate and reconcile credit card(s) payments for tickets purchases
• Update weekly artist itinerary reporting, post on internal company systems and distribute as necessary
• Facilitate commercial & gratis sales orders from artist teams and special third parties
• Assist with business unit operational activities, including the following:
• Mailroom operations: processing outgoing parcels, receiving, sorting and delivery of incoming parcels
• Stock levels of supplies and items for mailroom, coffee bars, copy stations, beverage coolers, etc. Ordering supplies and placing equipment service requests as necessary
• Inventory management and requests fulfillment for product room, giveaway guitars and pickguards
• Event setup and teardown
• Light maintenance
• New hire/employee exit activities related to operations
• Interactions with landlord and building staff, outside vendors, and security
• Appearance and condition of entire office space with special attention to mailroom, product room, label and operations storage, meeting rooms, the cafe and coffee bars Reception desk coverage
• Miscellaneous other tasks and reporting as needed
Qualifications
College educated preferred. High school diploma or GED required
• Previous administrative experience a plus
• Proven success in a position that required the following: attention to detail, developing and setting goals and priorities and meeting deadlines, organizing and combining data elements from multiple sources, and solving problems
• Able to lift 30 pounds
• Ability to work standing for 2 - 4 hours at a time
• Strong computer skills, especially MS Office
• Proven written and verbal communication skills
• Good phone skills and clear speaking voice
• Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
• Ability to remain calm in pressure situations and remain flexible when changes occur
• Most work will be performed during normal business hours. However, occasional evening and weekend hours are required to meet periods of increased work volume, issues with shows/events and operational issues affecting the function of the business unit.
