The Coordinator, Streaming & Digital Marketing is responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the streaming and digital marketing teams and providing administrative support to two VP’s.
Responsibilities
• Compile and distribute weekly reports measuring consumption and marketing trends.
• Manage video streaming optimization projects for catalog artists, including scheduling products and content recommendations.
• Analyze and maintain artist profiles on streaming accounts, recommending and implementing optimizations.
• Monitor streaming consumption reports to identify significant content trends and identify opportunities to the broader team.
• Collect and organize social media data, assisting with creating infographs, charts and spreadsheets for distribution to broader teams.
• Coordinate follow-ups, tasks and meeting requests from monthly Project Manager/Digital Marketing meetings.
• Assist in preparing presentations and marketing plans.
• Maintain e-mail lists, databases, files and other assets for the department.
• Manage budgeting responsibilities, including maintaining quarterly budgets, issuing POs, and processing invoices.
• Act as a liaison between the VP’s and a wide array of internal and external contacts including senior management, outside industry contacts, artists, artist managers, internal departments, etc.
• Schedule meetings, arrange travel, and answer phones.
• Prepare business expense reports in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
Qualifications
• The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 1 year of prior administrative or other experience in the field of marketing or a related field.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) and an intimate knowledge of social media and streaming services. Will need to learn a variety of other computer systems including, but not limited to, Keynote and internal reporting tools.
• Successful candidate will possess a positive attitude, an eagerness to learn and a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment while juggling multiple tasks and priorities.
• A proactive, flexible, self-starter who has strong problem solving, social, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional communication and time management skills.
• Must be able to work independently but be a team player and flexible.
• The ability to manage time and priorities, set and achieve goals and juggle multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously – must be highly organized.
• The use of discretion and the maintenance of high levels of confidentiality are also required.
