This individual is responsible for leading assigned tasks related to the management of our digital catalog and various related cleanup activities. Responsibilities include the scheduling and delivery of U.S. digital catalog repertoire globally, including audio and video products. The candidate should be familiar with the process of releasing audio and video content to digital partners. This includes working with metadata, scheduling systems, asset management systems and obtaining clearances.
Responsibilities
• Assist with the management of audio, video and artist digital catalog cleanups as directed by label executives.
• Execute special projects related to catalog cleanup.
• Lead the scheduling, delivery and management of deep catalog releases.
• Assist with the scheduling of international repertoire being released in the U.S.
• Assist with product and track pricing campaigns.
• Assist the digital release planning department with other projects as needed.
• Interaction with multiple departments within Sony.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of current digital music and video landscape and familiarity with major platforms such as Apple Music, Spotify, Amazon, YouTube.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, balance priorities, and take initiative.
• Very strong attention to detail.
• Should be skilled in use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Advanced computer skills required.
• Experience with AOMA, GRPS, GRAS, JIRA a plus.
• College degree preferred.
