Full Time Job
The Marketing Coordinator will provide marketing and administrative support to the Legacy Recordings Marketing Department. Responsibilities
• Assist marketing directors in setting up and coordinating releases
• Coordinate marketing tool solicitation
• Generate regular marketing updates
• Set-up conference calls and coordinate meetings
• Process invoices and generate POs for vendors
• Product manage various catalog projects
• Arrange travel accommodations, reservations & preparation of itineraries
• Coordinate general admin requests for the Legacy marketing department
• Recruit and coordinate department interns
• Occasional department mailings
• Audio and video duplications
• Order stock and product samples as necessary
Qualifications
• Creative self-starter with ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• 1-2 years marketing experience in the entertainment industry
• Passionate music fan with broad knowledge of music
• Outstanding attention to organization and detail
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least 1 year administrative experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a basic knowledge of the digital landscape
• Strong interpersonal skills - able to communicate with all levels of global management
