Full Time Job
The Director of Production oversees the Production Managers, maintain big picture vendor relations, and help ensure that product deliverables to our clients are met. They will work closely with Account Managers, Creative Directors, Tour Department, Finance, and Shipping and Logistics. Delegate projects to balance the department workload.
What you'll do:
• Manage Assigned client product manufacturing.
• Manage department workflow, delegate projects, and support as needed.
• Review and approve purchase orders and invoices for payment.
• Product development review and sourcing.
• Consolidate and reconcile project costing and expenses for client invoicing.
Who you are:
• Excellent organizational skills and timeline management.
• Comfortable managing deadlines and expectations in a fast paced environment.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Console or similar programs.
• Experienced in both high-volume manufacturing and smaller, boutique projects.

• The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $85k to $95k. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
